It's been a busy week...but when is it not, right? Between some freelance layout projects that I've been working on, I've managed to get a few pieces of art done! And I don't know how, but it's September, which means I've been in New Mexico for a month and a half now. As I mentioned in my last blog, I have enough patrons that I can now livestream weekly! I've set Mondays at 7:30pm for a regular schedule, since Mondays is when I usually do a lot of my weekly work prep. Tonight's work is going to be NSFW: finishing up the colors on a piece that I inked a couple weeks ago. I've been tinkering with a couple different materials for art. I did my first experiment with shrink plastic, and...well, it could have been better. I should have weighted it down, but I didn't. Lesson learned! I still love the results, so I'm looking forward to re-using them in some altered art pieces. (Artists who do altered/upcycling/recycled art are amazing
